5-Year Limited Warranty

Collision Awareness warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment.

This warranty applies only to products that have been properly installed, operated, maintained, and inspected in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and intended application.

Warranty Coverage

If a product is determined by Collision Awareness to contain a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Collision Awareness may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product
Provide an appropriate remedy as determined by Collision Awareness

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or finish deterioration
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, impacts, or excessive vibration
Damage caused by improper electrical connections, incorrect voltage, power surges, or other electrical faults
Damage resulting from exposure to moisture, chemicals, extreme temperatures, or environmental conditions beyond the product's specified operating limits
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or the use of incompatible components
Products used outside their intended application or published operating specifications

Limitation of Warranty

Collision Awareness makes no other warranties or representations, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The purchaser acknowledges that they are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended application and for ensuring that the product is properly installed, operated, and maintained.

Collision Awareness products are intended to supplement existing workplace safety practices and procedures, not replace operator awareness, employee training, or established safety protocols.
