Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Order Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 1 business day
  • Orders with additional configurations or accessories may take up to 5 business days
  • Larger orders may require additional processing time, typically up to 5 business days

We will always aim to ship your order sooner whenever possible.

Shipping Methods

All standard website orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Freight (LTL) Shipments

Orders that exceed standard parcel limits may require freight (LTL) shipping.

  • Freight shipments are quoted separately
  • Please contact us or request a quote for large orders
  • We will provide a complete quote including freight costs

For freight deliveries:

  • Delivery appointments can be scheduled if needed
  • The customer is responsible for unloading the shipment
  • Freight shipments are not available for residential delivery

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Mexico

For international orders (outside the U.S.):

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are not included in the checkout shipping cost

Delivery Expectations

  • Orders are shipped complete — we do not split shipments
  • Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination
  • Once shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the shipment upon delivery
  2. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Contact us as soon as possible

Please retain all original packaging. We will assist in resolving the issue and provide next steps, including return authorization if needed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • We will assist in tracking and resolving issues when possible
  • If the shipment was sent using our shipping account, we will work directly with the carrier on your behalf

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options (such as Next Day Air) apply to transit time only and do not reduce order processing time.

  • Orders will ship based on standard processing timelines (typically 1–5 business days depending on configuration and order size)
  • Once shipped, the selected expedited service will determine delivery speed

Selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day or next-day shipment.
