Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Because our products are often application-specific, all returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Returns submitted without approval may not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and not installed (unless related to a verified defect)
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Free of damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Typical guidelines:

  • Up to 25% restocking fee for standard returns
  • Reduced fees (as low as 10%) may apply if a replacement order is placed
  • In some cases (e.g., unopened items), restocking fees may be waived

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a customer error (incorrect item ordered, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a shipping error or product defect, we will cover return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or specially configured products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Products that have been used beyond normal evaluation and are outside of warranty coverage

If a product is no longer eligible for return, we may still be able to assist with repair options where applicable.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us promptly and provide photos of the issue
  • We will review and arrange a replacement as needed
  • Refunds may be issued when appropriate

If damage is determined to be caused by misuse or external factors, the item will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Repair options may be available.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our return policy.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

All returns are subject to approval. We work with each customer individually to determine the best resolution based on the specific situation.
