Warranty & Use

Collision Awareness products are covered by a standard one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of shipment.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed and used appropriately for their environment. Improper use or installation may void warranty coverage.

Third-Party Carriers

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We will assist in resolving issues where possible but are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
